Palm Grips are a single panel of soft full-grain leather that sits across the palm, held by two finger loops and a small hook-and-loop wrist tab. They protect against tears and calluses on pull-ups, deadlifts and kettlebells, but leave the back of your hand and fingers free so your grip feels natural. The leather softens and moulds to your hand over a few weeks.
