Who we are

aardhdeals.in ("Aardhdeals", "we", "us") is operated by Aaradhyaveda Enterprises (OPC) Private Limited, GSTIN 24ABGCA6230L1ZP.

These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you browse aardhdeals.in or place an order with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Eligibility and guest checkout

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

You don't need an account to shop. You check out as a guest with your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.

You are responsible for giving us accurate details and for using only a payment method you are authorised to use.

Products and product information

We sell gym and training accessories, including gloves, lifting belts, wrist wraps, sleeves, resistance bands, shakers and gym bags. We describe each product's materials, sizing and specifications as accurately as we can.

Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and size guides are a guide rather than a guarantee of fit. If something you receive doesn't match its description, our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what to do.

Belts, wraps, sleeves, gloves and bands support your training but cannot prevent injury. Use them as intended, check them for wear before each session, and speak to a doctor or qualified trainer if you have an injury or medical condition.

Prices and GST

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST. Any shipping fee or cash on delivery fee is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We email a GST tax invoice with every order. If you enter your GSTIN at checkout, it is printed on the invoice so you can claim input tax credit where eligible.

Prices and offers can change without notice. You pay the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Order acceptance and cancellation by us

After you place an order, we email you an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order; it does not guarantee that we can fulfil it.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount, including any shipping and cash on delivery fees, to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You can cancel an order yourself before the order is dispatched, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may cancel all or part of an order before dispatch if:

• the product is out of stock or no longer available
• the price or product details were shown incorrectly because of a technical or typing error
• we cannot verify the payment, or the order appears fraudulent or unauthorised
• our courier partners cannot deliver to your pin code
• the order breaks these terms

Payments and cash on delivery

You can pay online through our payment gateway partners, Razorpay or PhonePe, using UPI, debit or credit cards, netbanking or wallets. The gateway processes your payment on its own secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems.

We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password, and we will never ask you for an OTP, PIN or password by phone, email or WhatsApp.

Where checkout says we'll email you a payment link, your order is placed straight away and we send you a secure link to pay by UPI, card or netbanking, usually within a few working hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm IST). Your order is confirmed, and your GST invoice emailed, once the payment is complete. If it isn't paid, we may cancel the order.

Where checkout offers "Pay by UPI", you pay our UPI ID directly from your own UPI app, using the amount and order number shown on your order page. Your order is confirmed, and your GST invoice emailed, once we have received the payment, usually within a few working hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm IST). If the payment doesn't arrive, we may cancel the order; any amount you did pay is refunded to the same UPI account.

If a payment fails but money is debited, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or the gateway. If it hasn't come back within a few business days, email connect@aardhdeals.com with the transaction reference and we'll help you trace it.

If you have a dispute about a payment, please contact us first. You can also contact the payment gateway through its website, or raise a dispute (chargeback) with your bank or card issuer.

Cash on delivery (COD) works like this:

• COD is available when your order total, including shipping and the COD fee, is ₹10,000 or less, for pin codes where our courier partners offer it.
• A COD fee of ₹49 is added at checkout.
• Pay the delivery agent in cash when the parcel arrives, and keep the exact amount ready.
• We may confirm COD orders with you before dispatch, and may withdraw COD for addresses or phone numbers with a history of refused deliveries.

Shipping, returns and refunds

We ship within India only. Dispatch times, delivery estimates, shipping charges and failed deliveries are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

Delivery dates are estimates. Ownership of the products passes to you on delivery.

Intellectual property

All content on aardhdeals.in, including text, product photos, graphics, logos and the Aardhdeals name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Brand names and trademarks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners.

Prohibited use

We may refuse service, cancel orders or block access if you misuse the site.

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• break any law, or place orders with false details or someone else's payment method without permission
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other customers' data
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy content or place orders
• upload or send viruses or any other harmful code
• interfere with the site's normal working or its security features
• post reviews or messages that are false, abusive, defamatory or infringe anyone's rights

Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or data, or for injury caused by misusing a product.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aaradhyaveda Enterprises (OPC) Private Limited and its staff against any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a grievance officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receiving them.

We may update these terms when the law or our services change. The "Last updated" date on this page shows when they last changed.

Changes apply to orders placed after the update. The terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order.
